About us

In light of recent events, students from around Westchester County, NY came together to start Westchester Student Coalition Against Gun Violence (WSCAGV) to encourage and push conversations about gun violence and gun control. Our group implements events focused on better understanding of solutions to Gun violence as well as many events focused on understanding the politicians that will be making important decisions. We cover a wide range of topics within gun control such as racial profiling, death penalty, current and past bills, and much more.
Gun Reform

Student involvement
Another important goal of the Westchester Student Coalition Against Gun Violence is to work on increasing voter turnout among students across Westchester. Students inside of our group have organized countless voter registration drives throughout their own schools in Westchester.
